Knit rasta hat pattern

Simply bundle your hair up loosely and feed it into the hat..easy....we've left a strand of long hair flowing out of the hat in our photo so you can see what we mean.

As you can see from the photograph we've used a soft self-patterning yarn for our design - Moda Vera “Spell” 1 x 100g (3oz) ball required.

Of course there's plenty of scope to make your hat a one-of-a-kind, particularly if this yarn isn’t available in your location (our pattern includes easy substitution suggestions).

You could go really wild with the brightest stripes you can imagine - or swing your pendulum the opposite direction and knit it in plain navy or black keeping your long hair from becoming wind blown on the way to your office or business meeting.
