lace knitted hat pattern

with rolled brim

for easy to intermediate knitters.

This lace knitted hat pattern with its rolled brim is a great way to add color and variety to your winter wardrobe, you'll find it surprisingly warm when knitted in wool as suggested.

You'll have plenty of yarn choice for this hat pattern. We choose Panda Woolbale (hand wash only) 8ply. But any standard 8ply/DK/light worsted yarn will be suitable.

Choose your wool with an equivalent ball band tension of 22sts x 30rows using a 4mm (US6 or UK8) knitting needle.

If you prefer to work with acrylics, that's fine but be aware your hat won't be as warm, it will have a more "open" texture.

All our patterns always include metric and imperial measurements and yarn substitutions to suit both Australian and International knitters. .
