This felted basket pattern features plaited handles, is stiffened and lined and worked using 2 straight needles.

I use the basket you see in the photo below and love it. It stands upright by itself (thanks to the siffening) making it unusual and a great conversation piece.

Both imperial and metric measurements - inches and cms - and needle sizes are included within the pattern together with yarn suggestions and substitutions.

Needles: The body of the bag is worked on 2 needles, use dpns or french dolly for plaited i-cord handles/straps. .....
