This faux fur hat pattern was inspired by the briefest of glimpses of a hat during a television advert. We thought it was gorgeous and simply had to design and knit one ourselves - now you can download it in pdf format.

The eyelash type yarn included around the head band make this hat surprisingly warm. Both yarns used in this knitting pattern are reasonably priced and available worldwide under various brand names.

This pattern includes metric and imperial (i.e. cms and inches) sizes, quantities, measurements and yarn substitutions making it suitable and easily understood - wherever you live.

* 1 set 4mm (US 6 UK 8) double pointed needles (dpns)
optional 60cm (approx 24inch) circular needle same size.
* 1 ball each of eyelash type yarn and 8ply / dk / 3 / light worsted yarn
