It's a quick, easy and if you haven't tried double pointed needles and/or circular needles previously - you'll find it a perfect learning vehicle.

We've used Panda Magnum 12ply acrylic, a yarn readily available from wool suppliers worldwide (also readily substituted).

Knitted in the round using double pointed needles and/or circular needles this pattern should only take a couple of evenings to finish....and of course ...no seams to sew.....

This pattern includes metric and imperial (i.e. cms and inches) sizes, quantities, measurements and yarn substitutions making them suitable for knitters worldwide.

You'll only need 1 ball of yarn to complete this hat - nice and economical ...

International knitters you'll have plenty of scope to substitute if this yarn isn't available in your location - choose your bulky weight yarn with a ball band tension of 17 sts x 23 rows to 10cms (4 ins) over stocking stitch.

Requirements for this - knitted in the round - hat pattern

* 1 set 6 mm (US10, UK 4) double pointed needles (dpns)
optional 60cm (approx 24inch) circular needle same size.
* 1x100g (3oz) Panda Magnum 12 ply or bulky yarn of your choice.
