This is one of our favourite alpaca knitting patterns, alpaca blend yarn creates beautifully soft yet serviceable gloves. We used 2 balls of Lincraft "Lima" for the illustrated gloves - but no matter where you live you will be able to find a suitable alpaca wool blend to complete this project. Our pattern includes a slightly longer than normal cuff length - from cast on to wrist - ensuring no cold draughts. We've included instructions enabling you to lengthen or shorten the fingers to obtain that perfect custom made fit. This pattern includes both metric and imperial measurements, also suggested yarn substitutions.
